Very pretty are the fables that Mr. Oscar Wilde has here strung together, tender and graceful, and not without a touch of humor, as in Mother Duck who 'kept saying to herlittle ones, 'You will never be in society unless you can stand on your heads,' and every now and then she showed them how it was done. But the little ducks paid no attention. They were so young that they did not know what an advantage it is to be in society."
